Our payment process is handled by our reseller, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record (MOR). This policy governs refunds initiated through Queueme Technologies Pvt Ltd. For statutory consumer rights (e.g., EU/UK Right of Withdrawal), you must contact Paddle Support directly at paddle.net.

1. The 14-Day Initial Purchase Policy

Refunds are extremely limited and only apply to the first purchase of a subscription.

We offer a 14-day refund window solely for first-time customers who experience a critical, persistent technical failure that prevents core service usage.

By purchasing the service, you explicitly request immediate access to the digital content, which may, where permitted by law, constitute a waiver of the statutory withdrawal right once the service has been performed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the limited 14-day initial purchase policy:

We reserve the right to verify all claims before forwarding an approved refund request to Paddle for processing.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Paddle Support or Queueme Technologies Pvt Ltd constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and future access to our services if a chargeback is improperly filed or subsequently reversed in our favor.
